A Life-Giving Church being planted in Carnes Crossroads
The story behind The Garden
Hi, we’re Taylor and Austen and God has put it on our hearts to start a new church in the community called The Garden.
We live in a city with thousands of people moving here each year, and we believe that every person was created to experience a relationship with God, to be a part of a community that knows them and loves them, and to participate in a mission that’s bigger than themselves. That’s why we’re planting The Garden, because we want people to experience the life that God has for them.
We long for this to be a life-giving, Spirit-filled, Jesus-centered church that blesses our whole community.
Isaiah 61:11
For as the earth produces its growth, and as a garden enables what is sown to spring up, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations.
We are planning to officially launch Sunday Services for The Garden in September of 2027, but we have so much happening before then!
This Fall, we will be gathering together weekly as a missional community. Meeting in homes, sharing meals, reading Scripture, and serving the faculty and staff of Carolyn Lewis K-8.
